Really rude staff. I was a long term customer.
When I broke a freshly made gel nail before an event I called in to see if I can come in to repair. I wanted to apply a tip and a fresh coat of gel on top.

I certainly was planning to pay for the repair. I was told they were too busy but I can come in 20 mins.
After lots of screaming from the owner? Camy I left and was graciously helped in the nail place right across the street. There are plenty of nail salons all around Kentlands.

My first visit to Rose Salon was fantastic. Tina was very friendly, professional and gave me one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time. The pedi chairs have a great massage feature. Unlike most massage chairs, this one really worked.

The salon is clean and seems to have a lot of regulars which is a good. I asked for acrylics. They slapped on some fake plastics and filed them terribly. When I asked for them to be a little shorter, she huffed and started yelling in a foreign language to her coworkers.
She started to rush and file around harshly. Im sure others have great experiences with this place, but mine was horrible. This was my first experience at Rose and I got a pedicure from Julie.
It was awesome! I will definitely be coming back here again and asking for her services. Great place!

Not going back despite its convenience. I had Kathy do my nails and she was great! She was very gentle and kind. This was my first time ever going here and I will come back when my nail salon is busy or closed.
